Detroit, MI ???? $8,000 First-Year Bonus ???? Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Light Full-Time – 4 Days/Week) ???? No
weekends, holidays, or on-call ???? Territory: Detroit and
surrounding areas (local travel required) ???? Position Overview We
are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home
therapy services to patients in the Detroit, MI area. This role
plays a vital part in helping patients regain independence and
function in the comfort of their own homes. ?? Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments of patient functional and cognitive
status Develop and implement treatment plans with short- and
long-term goals Educate patients and families on therapeutic
exercises, equipment use, and self-care techniques Instruct on
orthotic/prosthetic use and assistive/adaptive devices; fabricate
or customize as needed Reassess and update treatment plans based on
progress Maintain detailed clinical documentation and timely
submission of required paperwork Communicate regularly with
physicians about patient progress and recommended adjustments
Coordinate outpatient OT services when necessary Provide guidance
to other members of the care team on therapy techniques and
equipment Participate in in-services, case conferences, staff
meetings, and professional development activities Comply with
agency documentation standards and policies ???? Required
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational
Therapy from an accredited program Current OT license in the state
of Michigan Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience (home
health, hospital, SNF, or LTC preferred) Valid driver’s license
with reliable transportation for local travel Proficient in EMR
systems and mobile technology Strong self-management, organization,
and communication skills ???? Schedule Details Light full-time: 4
days/week, 8am–5pm No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements

Pay-Per-Visit model: $50–$56 per visit (rate varies based on
