KELTEC, Inc.—founded over 40 years ago and now the largest
manufacturer of air?oil separators in North America. We’re growing
our sales and service engine and need a bilingual pro who can
support customers, manage orders, and contribute to new business
development. What you will do Deliver exceptional, bilingual
customer support via phone, email, and virtual channels. Enter and
manage orders, returns, and inquiries with accuracy and complete
documentation. Resolve issues quickly; escalate when needed and
close the loop with customers. Partner with production, shipping,
and sales to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery. Keep detailed
logs of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
Translate documents, policies, and procedures to support
Spanish-speaking audiences. Conduct market research to identify
potential leads and segments. Generate new pipeline with targeted
cold calls and emails; qualify inbound leads and move them through
the funnel. Develop and deliver persuasive, customer-specific sales
presentations. Build strong relationships with new and existing
accounts; follow up consistently to nurture opportunities. Stay
current on product knowledge; collaborate with the product team on
updates and enhancements. Support account management, order
tracking, and follow-ups for the sales team. Other duties as
assigned. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales,
Marketing, Communications, or related. Customer service background;
manufacturing/industrial experience preferred. Clear, professional
communication and strong interpersonal skills. Microsoft Office
proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook). Detail orientation, strong
organization, and follow-through. Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive
problem-solver with a service mindset. Bonus points ERP/CRM
experience (e.g., HubSpot). Fluency in English (verbal and
written). Comfort using the full Microsoft Office Suite. Experience
in a manufacturing environment. Perks & Benefits Medical, dental,

pm. Work beyond those hours may be required based on operational
needs. Physical Demands Office-based work with regular standing,
sitting, and walking; occasional stooping, bending, kneeling,
crouching, reaching, and twisting. Ability to lift/push/pull up to
25 lbs; frequent keyboard and office equipment use; sufficient
vision, hearing, and verbal communication to exchange
information.
