Responsibilities:
--- Lead and guide your team to enhance their sales performance and assist them in their professional development
--- Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation initiatives to support company growth
--- Develop and present comprehensive sales reports to evaluate sales efforts, track progress, and strategize future goals
--- Create personalized sales plans for each sales representative, establish individual sales targets, assign territories, and conduct ongoing training sessions for team success
--- Define sales strategies and objectives to achieve set sales goals effectively
--- Establish clear targets and goals for the sales team to ensure alignment with overall objectives
--- Support the growth of the sales staff through coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback
--- Monitor and assess the progress of each team member, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement necessary actions
--- Collaborate with other team leaders to streamline operations and optimize overall sales performance
--- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications:
--- Roofing or Insurance Restoration Sales
--- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
--- Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
--- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
--- Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales or similar environment
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and inspire team members
--- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and make data-driven decisions
--- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
--- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools
--- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
--- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
