Job Description Job Description SOURCING SPECIALIST Overview ·
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess
market trends (copper trends etc) · Develop and implement sourcing
strategies aligned with production needs. · Evaluate and qualify
suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability. · Lead
the request for quotation (RFQ) and supplier selection process. ·
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with suppliers to
secure competitive terms. · Build/maintain strong supplier
relationships to ensure continuity of supply and performance
improvements. · Monitor and report on supplier performance, risks,
and opportunities for improvement. Technical Skills Strong
negotiation and contract management abilities. Proficiency with
procurement tools and ERP systems Excellent analytical skills with
ability to assess supplier bids, cost data, and market trends.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Interpersonal Skills Effective communication and
relationship-building skills to work with suppliers and
cross-functional teams. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of
managing multiple priorities. Strategic thinking with a focus on
cost reduction and continuous improvement. Requirements: BA degree
preferred with 5 years of experience in a sourcing role. Send your
