Your proactive approach and technical acumen will be key in optimizing our maintenance processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Job Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of machinery and equipment.- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all equipment serviced.- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability.- Operate hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, safely and efficiently.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.- Provide training and guidance to less experienced maintenance personnel.- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Experience with preventative maintenance procedures and CMMS systems.- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.- Ability to operate and maintain various hand and power tools.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Physical capability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.- Certification in welding, HVAC, or electrical is a plus.
