Job Description:

Location: For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44145 The SharePoint Online Developer will have responsibility for the design, development, and administration of SharePoint Online (SPO) sites and solutions in conjunction with the SPO team. They will work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into functional and efficient SharePoint solutions. Additional development will be necessary in multiple platforms as required, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and other tools that are available. They will also participate in the monitoring and resolution of incidents and requests that come to the team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, pages, and applications to meet business requirements. Administer and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, and content types. Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate SharePoint Online with other Office 365 applications and third-party solutions. Provide user training and support, including creating documentation and resolving issues related to SharePoint Online. Monitor SharePoint Online performance and usage and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency. Stay current with the latest SharePoint Online features and best practices and apply them to improve existing solutions. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in SharePoint Online development and administration. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, search configuration, and content management. Proficiency in SharePoint Online development tools, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, and Power Apps. Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in SharePoint, Office 365, or related technologies. Experience with SharePoint migration and hybrid scenarios. Knowledge of security standards and compliance regulations relevant to SharePoint Online. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
