We are seeking a reliable, caring, and motivated Driver to join our team of Direct Support Professionals. Position Overview As a Driver with Abound Health, you will provide safe, respectful, and dependable transportation for individuals with IDD. You?ll help clients access day programs, appointments, and community activities?supporting their independence and quality of life. This is more than a driving role?you?ll be a trusted companion and an essential part of each person?s support team. Key Responsibilities Safely transport individuals to and from home, day programs, medical appointments, and community outings Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle as needed Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all passengers Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicles Follow daily route schedules and communicate proactively about delays or concerns Complete required documentation, including daily logs and incident reports Participate in initial and ongoing training Work independently in the community while adapting to changing needs Demonstrate patience, reliability, and attentiveness to individual needs Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver?s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks (criminal, driving record, healthcare registry) CPR/First Aid Certification (provided upon hire) Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers, depending on client needs Experience supporting individuals with IDD preferred but not required Minimum 1 year of transportation experience preferred Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30?9:00 AM & 2:00?5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30?9:00 AM & 1:00?5:00 PM Additional afternoon hours (1:00?5:00 PM) may become available as client needs increase Benefits & Perks: Weekly pay Flexible scheduling Competitive wages Paid onboarding and training Eligibility for benefits based on hours worked, including: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Work Location & Travel In-person role Travel required throughout Greenville, Mercer, Hermitage & Sharon, PA and surrounding communities Ready to Join a Mission-Driven Team?
