Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Day/Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand Certifications: American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments - Traveler must work at least every other holiday - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments required during orientation Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. The role involves providing care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions. The nurse will work 3 shifts of 12 hours each week, rotating between day and night shifts. Shifts are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must possess the required experience and active certifications. An acceptable score on assessments is necessary for completion of orientation. Travelers may be submitted for one job at a time within the facility. It is essential for candidates to have a supervisory reference to qualify for submission. Background checks and licenses will be reviewed during the hiring process.
