Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Beachwood, OH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,393 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 18 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Deliver safe and effective nursing care on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and patient conditions Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety standards Requirements Experience: 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (PERM required) License: Active OH or Compact RN license (in hand) Certs: AHA BLS & ACLS (required) Assessments: ECG rhythm test & SafeMedicate (completed in orientation) Other: Must work every other holiday | PBDS waived Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 referral bonus.
