conditions. Treatments include IV antibiotics, chemotherapy,
immunotherapy, and blood products. As an RN in the Infusion Center,
you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care,
from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will
interact directly with patients through administering injections
and performing other medical antibiotics. You will have the
opportunity to enhance each patient’s and their families’
experience and as well as supply healthcare information as needed.

life brings. - Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and
Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority,
identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing
safety resources. A PRN caregiver in this position works varying
8-hour shifts between 7:00AM – 3:30PM or 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Working
Saturdays from 7:00AM – 11:00AM will be required, as needed. A
caregiver who excels in this role will: - Provide direct nursing
care. - Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient
care plans. - Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’
conditions. - Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for
well-coordinated patient care. - Note and carry out physician and
nursing orders. - Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Maintain professional growth and development through ongoing
formal and informal education and clinical nursing study. Minimum
qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: - Graduate
from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or
BSN program) - Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) -
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart
Association (AHA) or American Red Cross - Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association
(AHA) or American Red Cross - External applicants: two years of
recent nursing experience - Internal Applicants: if less than two
years’ experience but post orientation/90-day probationary period
could be considered with Chief Nursing Officer level review and
approval - Will consider licensed military RN experience Preferred
qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: - Bachelor’s
of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Ultrasound-guided IV experience -
Critical care background Physical Requirements: - Requires full
range of body motion including handling and lifting patient, manual
and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. - Requires
standing and walking for extended periods of time. - Requires
corrected vision and hearing to normal range. - Requires working
under stressful conditions and irregular hours. - Exposure to
communicable diseases and/or body fluids. - Medium Work - Exerting
20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of
force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of
force constantly to move objects. - Physical Demand requirements
are in excess of those for Light Work. Personal Protective
Equipment: - Follows standard precautions using personal protective
equipment as required. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $34.17 Maximum
hourly: $45.00 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects
the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s
actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into
consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience,
skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include
any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime,
etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland
