Registered Nurse (RN) | Stepdown Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,609 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide critical care for patients transitioning from ICU to med-surg Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage high-acuity patients Administer medications and perform ongoing assessments Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams Requirements Active OH or Compact RN license (must be in hand) 18 months of recent Stepdown experience AHA BLS & ACLS certifications ECG rhythm recognition & SafeMedicate testing during orientation Every other holiday required Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
