Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months. Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
