We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and build their own practice within our established practice. Job Description: We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join Brecksville Physical Medicine. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your own practice within our clinic, providing high-quality care to our patients. We handle the billing, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care. This is an earned income role, not a salaried position. Compensation will be based on a percentage, with no overhead costs for you. You will be provided with new patients to help grow your practice. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and self-care strategies to aid in their recovery Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and holistic health practices Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Demonstrated experience as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome to apply) In-depth knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuous professional development and learning Benefits: Competitive percentage-based compensation with no overhead costs Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment Access to a wide range of holistic health resources and services New patients provided to help build your practice 401k matching How to Apply: If you are a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist who values patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply.
