Local Team Collaboration: Lead our team of 7 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners with the support of a clinical performance nurse and practice coordinator at Meadville Medical Center. Meadville Medical Center is a 235-bed community hospital. Qualifications: Board Certification in Medicine/Pediatrics, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Current or recent Hospitalist leadership experience Exhibit exemplary communication skills Pennsylvania State Medical License or the ability to apply for one Authorized to work in the United States Scheduling: Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days off rotation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a team of 7 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care, including pediatric inpatients Collaborate with hospital administration on key initiatives and goals in patient care Lead and collaborate with Sound leadership Involvement with the Meadville Medical Center Family Medicine residency program Living and Working in Meadville, PA: Located in scenic northwestern Pennsylvania, Meadville boasts small-town charm, and community-centered living.
