Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule
Night shifts, 4 - 12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We
are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse with a
minimum of 18 months of recent experience to join our team. The
ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care on a telemetry
unit, ensuring high standards of nursing practice and patient
safety. Responsibilities Administer medication and monitor patient
vital signs. Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care
plans. Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement treatment
strategies. Educate patients and families about health conditions
and care plans. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18
months recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience. Must have a
valid Ohio nursing license or a valid compact state license. AHA
BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Successful completion of
ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during
