Job Description:
Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in a Skilled
Nursing setting, working Thursday to Sunday evening shifts from
2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Responsibilities include medication administration, resident care
planning, documentation, coordinating with staff, and ensuring
quality care compliance.
Qualifications: Current active LPN license, nursing degree, CPR/BLS
certification, experience with electronic medical records, and
knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
