Job Description Job Description Northfield Mancan is assisting a
company in Streetsboro to fill a position as a CNC Machinist. This
is a temporary to permanent position on 1st shift and the pay will
be based on experience. Responsibilities: Program, set up, and
operate CNC machines (e.g., Haas Lathe ST-20Y) using Mastercam and
G-code. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for machining
operations. Conduct first-article and in-process inspections using
micrometers, calipers, and CMMs. Optimize machining processes for
quality and efficiency. Maintain equipment and perform routine
maintenance. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required;
technical certification or associate degree preferred. Minimum 2
years of CNC programming and operation experience. Proficiency in
Mastercam and G-code programming. Strong mechanical skills and
ability to troubleshoot tooling/machining issues. Experience with
measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, etc.). Ability to interpret
blueprints and engineering drawings. Solid math and computer
skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Mancan Temporary
