Job Description ELECTRONICS QUALITY INSPECTOR /n /nKelly is
hiring a Quality Control Inspector on behalf of a global leader in
remote control engine and generator control panels, and cloud-based
monitoring and control solutions. /n /n$18.00 - $21.00 Based on
Experience /n /nMonday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (Flexible with
30-minute start time) /n /nClean, Bright, Temperature-Controlled
Environment /n /nResponsibilities:/n /n/t - Conduct First Article
Inspections (FAI) to verify that new or revised products meet
specifications and generate comprehensive FAI reports./n/t -
Collect, compile, and maintain quality data from various sources,
such as production records and inspection reports./n/t - Upkeep
reports on key quality metrics, including DPPM, COPQ, FPY, and
other relevant analytics./n/t - Support the development and
implementation of data-driven quality improvement initiatives./n/t
- Follow test specifications, test procedures and verbal
instructions to test/validate functionality of equipment./n/t -
Investigate root cause analysis for corrective and preventative
actions./n/t - Perform material review boards for disposition of
nonconforming product./n/t - Assist in internal audits and other
quality-related activities./n/t - Collaborate with engineering and
production teams to address quality issues identified through data
analysis./n /nRequirements/n/n /n/t - Must have general knowledge
of multimeter, Ohm’s Law, and electronic components./n/t - Capable
of using hand tools such as wire strippers/cutters, screwdrivers,
etc./n/t - Ability to read, comprehend, and apply written work
instructions and drawing packages./n/t - Good verbal and written
communication skills. Must be competent in spelling, proofreading,
and possess a good vocabulary./n/t - Computer literacy, Windows 10,
and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook./n/t - Experience with
quality data collection and analysis./n/t - Experience with FAI
documentation and reporting./n /nEducation/Experience/n/n /n/t -
Associate degree or adequate electronics experience./n/t -
Experience with quality related metrics and reporting./n /nFor
