Responsibilities:Machine components using manual machining equipmentPerform machine setups and routine maintenanceAbility to work within tight tolerancesUse blueprints, sketches, and drawings to machine componentsInspect and measure components to ensure correct tolerances are metMaintain a clean and organized work areaWill be trained on day shift, then position could turn to afternoon shift Education/Experience:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience working with manual horizontal mills, planer mills, and lathesAbility to read blueprints, sketches, and drawingsAbility to use metrological instruments such as micrometersBasic organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsWilling and able to work 2nd shift (3:15 PM - 1:45 AM) Benefits:Competitive wagesComprehensive benefits package, including:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(K)401(K) matchingPaid time off About Morgan:For more than 150 years, Morgan Engineering has created a legacy as a world leader in material handling systems.
